Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
